What you'll find inside the Membership:

Pilates
Learning and applying the 5 basic principles of pilates. Assess and personalize your exercises and learning to execute the exercises in a safe and effective way.  
Barre
 
 
Limber Lotues Wellness Barre class is a mid-intensity, low-impact class. This class combines ballet, pilates, dance and yoga. It is a great way to sculpt and tone your body.  
Cardio
Cardio is a full body workout. It will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. You will feel the burn. Some cardio classes may have a focused muscle group.
Stretch & Mobility
Align the physical and mental stillness with gentle movements. Props like bands and small balls assist you to hold stretching poses longer. The class is followed by a relaxing meditation. 
Meditation
Using the Qi Gong Energy healing technique, with its breathing and tension release, I will guide you toward a sense of restarting, stability and calm.
Dance
Some days we'll dance our way through Cardio. No equipment needed, no experience necessary. Just fun, great music and the freedom to move.

Hi! I'm Anna.

 

I'm excited to teach people about mind/body awareness, with a focus on Form and Technique and coordination. You will be strengthening deep inside muscles to enable proper posture and support for bones. Your workout will give you the Cardio you look for and Your muscles will become long and lean. 

Inside Limber Lotus Membership, I teach Pilates Mat and Reformer, Barre, Cardio, Dance, Sculpting with weights which helps strengthen and tone muscles, increase circulation, flexibility and cardiovascular strength.  Every class ends with a stretch time. Staying focused and concentration is the most important part of any exercise.
