I offer private and group classes but the easiest and most affordable way to work with me is by joining the Limber Lotus Membership.

Inside my membership, I teach the BBA Method which helps strengthen and tone muscles, increase circulation, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Staying focused and concentration is the most important part of any exercise.
