My journey into the world of Pilates began in 2004 at Stott Pilates in Toronto, where I earned my first certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates. With a rich background in ballet, Pilates felt like a natural extension of my passion for movement and body awareness.
At Limber Lotus Wellness, I prioritize your personal wellness journey. In my classes, you will engage deep abdominal muscles to enhance your posture and support your skeletal structure. Experience the transformation as your muscles become long and lean, while you also improve circulation, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength.
