In 2004 after attending Stott Pilates in Toronto, I earned my first certification in the disciplines of Mat and Reformer. My many years of ballet background had offered me a natural path to studying Pilates. 

During my classes, you will be strengthening deep abdominal muscles to enable proper posture and to support bones. Your muscles will become long and lean. Classes at Limber Lotus Wellness help strengthen and tone muscles, increase circulation, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength.  Concentration and the ability to focus are two of the most important parts of any exercise.

I am dedicated to helping you meet your specific fitness and wellness goals. Some of my classes will involve the use of therabands, pilates circle, stability ball, weights and foam rollers. And humour!

My wellness services include certified Reflexology, certified Indian Head Massage, and Qi Energy Healing. I continue to study in order to obtain holistic and wellness healing, furthering my knowledge in this way of life.

Pilates and Fitness are not my only wellness passions. Food has always played a huge part in my life and that of my family. My mother was a great cook, largely influenced by her upbringing in France. She showed us every day that healthy food could taste wonderful too!

I spent three years at Ryerson University studying Food and Beverage Management and then developed and ran my own catering company called Gourmet to Go. Now I hope to share my collected recipes and culinary experience with you.

Over the years, I have appeared on Rogers Television, Georgian Bay Life and York Region Living and have been featured in publications such as Escarpment Magazine.

I always look forward to helping people obtain core strength, coordination and mind/body awareness and am always enthusiastic to work with new clients.
