Welcome to Limber Lotus Wellness, Blue Mountain's exclusive Boutique Pilates and Fitness Studio, conveniently located near Collingwood, Ontario.
 

My journey into the world of Pilates began in 2004 at Stott Pilates in Toronto, where I earned my first certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates. With a rich background in ballet, Pilates felt like a natural extension of my passion for movement and body awareness.

At Limber Lotus Wellness, I prioritize your personal wellness journey. In my classes, you will engage deep abdominal muscles to enhance your posture and support your skeletal structure. Experience the transformation as your muscles become long and lean, while you also improve circulation, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular strength. Concentration and focus are key components of our practice, ensuring that each session is both effective and enjoyable.

I am dedicated to tailoring each class to meet your unique fitness goals. Expect to explore a variety of tools such as therabands, Pilates circles, stability balls, weights, and foam rollers—all infused with a touch of humor!

Beyond Pilates, I am a certified practitioner of holistic wellness services, including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and Qi Energy Healing. My commitment to continuous learning drives me to deepen my knowledge in holistic health practices, ensuring that I can provide you with a well-rounded approach to your overall well-being.

My passion for wellness extends beyond the studio; I've had the pleasure of sharing my expertise on platforms like Rogers Television and in publications such as Escarpment Magazine.
