Pilates
Learning and applying the 5 basic principles of pilates. Assess and personalize your exercises and learning to execute the exercises in a safe and effective way.
Barre
Limber Lotues Wellness Barre class is a mid-intensity, low-impact class. This class combines ballet, pilates, dance and yoga. It is a great way to sculpt and tone your body.

Cardio
Cardio is a full body workout. It will get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. You will feel the burn. Some cardio classes may have a focused muscle group.

Stretch & Mobility
Align the physical and mental stillness with gentle movements. Props like bands and small balls assist you to hold stretching poses longer. The class is followed by a relaxing meditation.

Meditation
Using the Qi Gong Energy healing technique, with its breathing and tension release, I will guide you toward a sense of restarting, stability and calm.

Dance
Some days we'll dance our way through Cardio. No equipment needed, no experience necessary. Just fun, great music and the freedom to move.
